NextOwner is developing a connection platform for owners considering resale of off-plan property and potential buyers. Submitting an enquiry does not establish a brokerage relationship, guarantee a match, or constitute an offer to sell, buy, transfer or finance any property.

Licensed professional involvement

Any real estate brokerage, advertising, commission-related or transaction activity that requires a licence must be carried out by appropriately authorised and licensed parties. The platform does not represent itself as a licensed brokerage in this version.

Independent due diligence

Any property information is subject to independent verification, developer confirmation, outstanding payment checks, transfer eligibility, applicable authority requirements and legal documentation. No pricing, yield or outcome is promised.

Communications

Information submitted through WhatsApp or email is provided voluntarily and should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. The website does not promise a response within a particular timeframe.
